Delivery
Delivery is complimentary across the United Arab Emirates, insured door to door and handed over in person.

- Where we deliver: anywhere in the UAE. We do not deliver outside the UAE yet.
- Tracking: we send you a tracking link when your piece leaves us.
- On arrival: the parcel must be handed over in person, to you or to the person receiving your gift. It is never left at the door or with a neighbour.
- If you are out: our courier will contact you to arrange another time. If a parcel cannot be delivered, it comes back to us, and we arrange a new date with you at no cost.
- Gifts: we deliver to any address in the UAE. Choose "This is a gift" in your bag to add a card in your own words and keep prices off the paperwork. Gift wrapping is complimentary.
- In the box: every piece arrives in its MERO box, with its certificate of authenticity.
- Insurance: your piece is insured until it is handed over. If it is lost or arrives damaged, see our refund policy: we replace it first and settle with the carrier ourselves.
